LATEST NHS COVID PASS UPDATE There is a mandatory requirement for our customers to have a NHS COVID Pass from Wednesday 15th December 2021. Dempseys is designated a nightclub from 9pm until close. Door Supervisors will use NHS COVID Pass verifiers and these will be cross-checked with your membership or photo ID. Those of you in the venue at 9pm will be asked to show your NHS COVID pass. If you cannot provide this, you will be advised that our status as a nightclub means you will not be able to remain inside the venue. Customers will be required to show you are fully vaccinated (currently two doses), proof of a negative test taken in the past 48 hours, or that you have an exemption. This can be done using the NHS COVID pass, or an alternative way of showing a negative test, like a text or an email from the NHS. You can get an NHS COVID pass digitally through the NHS App (not the NHS COVID 19 app) or the online NHS COVID pass service. This can be downloaded, and a print version is acceptable. For those who cannot apply digitally you can dial 119 and ask for an NHS COVID pass letter by post . Unfortunately, we must follow the Government instructions and will not be able to make any exceptions. We have been advised that we will be subject to random checks by responsible authorities and we're sure you'll help us adhere to legislation. For your information, the Government has today announced that next year booster jabs will be required to be counted as 'fully vaccinated'. You could be fined £10,000 if you try to falsify a COVID pass or test result. We will provide a further update if any conditions change. In the meantime, try and have fun. 😀
