AT LAST... A STATEMENT... AND SOME GOOD NEWS
We don't accept the figures. We don't accept the comments. Many of you know that Dempseys is one of the hardest venues to get into, and you say we are one of the safest venues to visit. But we shall continue to work with South Yorkshire Police during this stressful period.
A reminder that we are restricted to 4am closing for the time being, and that everyone who isn't a member must present photo ID (Driving Licence, Passport, PASS hologram card). Same as always.
Last entry at weekends will be 3.00am (3.30 during the week). We might bring these times forward if we are at capacity. We are also conducting searches on entry which seems to have gone down very well with everyone (police included). Remember to get here early to obtain entry.
But we have some good news...
We have been granted a 6.00am close on Boxing Day and New Year's Eve. Just like old times.

All the staff would like to thank you for your fantastic support because this has been incredibly comforting (more than you realise) over the past few weeks.
