Introducing Queers For Beers Lovely Lineup For Their First Event On 16th May 2025… Hosted by the amazing Bipolar Abdul, prepare for a flamboyant and fun filled evening fuelled with pulsating dance music all night long. With sessions in techno, electro, cyber pop and everything in between, Queers for Beers will have you moving deep into the night. CYB3R residents are taking over our soirée for a prime triple threat b2b2b, as they embark on a journey across trance, techno & hyper pop. With some of the silliest and sexiest party’s Yorkshire has ever seen, Cyber Party have become renowned in our fair county for cultivating a truly unique and liberating experience, and we simply cannot wait to see what they have in store for us. Whether it’s as part of the hottest boy band / dj group of this decade ( Texture Sounds ), holding it down at his space-age queer Communion party (Communion Shf), or playing his regular spots on Mondo Radio & Kitchen Radio Sheff - by this point if you’ve not managed to catch a KIT set in Sheffield you must’ve been living under a rock. As a truly genre-fluid individual, KIT homo-futuristic sound has been a pillar of the Steel City’s underground music culture, and has proudly flown the flag for Sheffield’s queer’s for many a year. We are beyond excited to see what he’ll pull out of his ever-expanding record bag as he graces the decks for our first instalment of Queers for Beers. We are blessed to be introducing Aimz, a champion of queer visibility in dance music whose deep and soulful selection of house, UK garage, and funky, bass-infused techno beats have seen her steadily rise across the UK’s northern club scene. Get ready for warps, wobbles, and warm tones galore as you let loose to the inimitable sound of Aimz. Next up, a DJ whose eclectic mixes span Berlin techno, Brazilian baile and Baltimore breaks, we proudly present TB-316! Frequently gracing some of Sheffield’s best and most intimate spaces with the infamous Silicone/Carbide Dyke Night, Danielle Naylor has become an ever present force to be reckoned with, whipping each and every dancefloor she graces into a frenzy of queer industrial energy and euphoria. And finally: AMBA. A name which by now has become synonymous with Sheffield’s grassroots musical realm. Her acid-soaked hypnotic explorations of techno, house and electro have seen her quickly go from strength to strength as a DJ. Now holding down a residency on Kitchen Radio Sheff, consistently selling out Shakespeare’s as part of AWE and a core member of the fabulous Grass Collective, Amba’s meteoric rise in the city is a testament to her skill as a DJ, creative and activist. Queers for beers is more than an event; it's a collaborative movement taking up queer space and forging community and solidarity in and around the Steel City. Every event will support local queer charities, providing safety and support to LGBTQIA+ individuals in the north and will always platform a diverse range of queer artists.
