**Statement**
Regarding a recent post by "Indie Lee"
We can confirm that this man has had over 4k of our hard earned cash. Lee was to use this to book in events and pay bands that were booked for those events. This never happened and we were left with invoices unpaid. One event has now been paid back by Indie Lee due to our pressure on him via social media. One event is still outstanding and Lee still has this money in his 'bank account'
The slandering that he has put about our venue will now be passed over to relevant authorities. We've had no mice infestation, no staff have left because of unpaid wages and his comment about companies house records, feel free to check it out.
Lee Birch is a fraudster and when we put him on socials in December, it became apparent that he has ripped off so so many people within the music industry.
Would you pay someone that hasn't done the work he supposed to have done for you?
We are hard working people, in a very hard industry. His comments have a slanderous tone and could damage our venue, so therefore we are posting this strong statement.
Lee Birch 'Indie Lee' is nothing but a con man, a fraudster and a manipulator. We strongly advise anyone in the industry to never deal with him.
