Day 2 of #SCMF24 and after two fabulous concerts to kick off the festivities last night, we're back at the Crucible for an exciting morning as Ensemble 360 and Lucy Drever explore the story of Sir Scallywag & The Battle of Stinky Bottom! Our friends at Classical Sheffield will be just across the square for their pop-up, filling the Winter Gardens with music from 11am-3pm. Performers include Sonority Choir Sheffield Singing In Choirs Matt Leese, Black Velvet Clarinet Quartet, Sinsontes and Hailu Ni. Sheffield is buzzing with music this evening: from The Hallé at Sheffield City Hall with Sir Mark Elder's final Sheffield concert as Hallé Music Director, to Sheffield Chamber Orchestra's Accent On Youth concert to London Concertante in Sheffield Cathedral AND Sheffield Jazz in The Crucible for their 50th anniversary concert. We'll see you again at 5am tomorrow at the Samuel Worth Chapel for our Sunrise concert with Ensemble 360! #Sheffield #Sheffieldissuper Welcome to Sheffield Arts Council England
