From now until Tuesday 25 March, we are raising money through @biggiveorg Arts for Impact for 'The Storm Whale', our brand new interactive storybook commission for schools and families. Written and illustrated by Benji Davies, this is a heart-warming tale of a child, a whale, friendships and family. We will commission our Children's Composer-in-Residence, Paul Rissmann, to write music for Ensemble 360 to accompany the beautiful book illustrations and create the perfect first concert experience for 3–7-year-olds. Your support will mean we can bring this story to life in October 2025 in the Crucible Theatre.
Our fundraising target is £20,000, so over the next six days we need to raise £10,000 in donations that will then be doubled: if you donate £20 it becomes worth £40 to us – and we all like to see our money go further! Donations have to be made through our Arts for Impact campaign page to be doubled.
