The Ballad of Wallis Island follows Charles (Tim Key), an eccentric lottery winner who lives alone on a remote island and dreams of getting his favourite musicians, McGwyer Mortimer (Tom Basden & Carey Mulligan) back together.
Tim Key is the English poet, comedian and actor, who has starred in films including Alan Partridge: Alpha Papa, Wicked Little Letters, and Mickey 17. He is the star and co-writer of The Ballad of Wallis Island.
