As a female-owned business with multiple venues and over 10 years longevity, the importance of celebrating women's achievements is not lost on us. It's great to here that more are joining the ranks, with women now owning over a 3rd of all businesses globally! (Louisa Zhou, 2024).
Life is better with balance and with women making up just over 47% of our team, life is definitely better at TGEG. A special thank you to all the The Great Escape Girls for the brilliant work you do, we'd be nowhere without you! (Quite literally since Hannah started this whole thing).
