We’ve been taken over today as we took part in @kidsinmuseums Takeover Day 2025.
Pupils from St Mary’s Primary School took part in our ‘Museum Maker’ workshops that enabled them to explore the Museum, highlight their favourite objects and pitch ideas for new games and exhibits.
Gaining an insight into how to create a Museum like ours, they generated some fantastic ideas:
🕹 A real life Pac-Man game (we love this!)
🏃♀️A sports games exhibit including a treadmill which tracks your speed!
🛹A new hoverboard game
👶 An area for babies and younger children with age-appropriate games. (a great idea!
All fantastic ideas! Some of those mentioned (we can't say just yet) are in the pipeline to be introduced in the future 👀
