🕹 Arcade Spotlight: Virtua Tennis 3 🎾 Our freshly revamped Arcade section showcases the evolution of arcade machines from the 1970s to present day. One of of more 'modern' games is Virtua Tennis 3. While visitors can finally realise the dream of Tim Henman (remember him?) winning Wimbledon, the game actually has a very strong Sheffield connection. Released in the arcades in 2006 it was Sheffield's own @sumodigital who helped develop the game alongside Sega. Up to the 11th August we're celebrating our new look arcade with fun new activities to take part in including high score competitions. and craft activities. Later in the summer holidays (26th August - 3rd September) we'll be exploring everything 'Made In Sheffield' with fun creative activities inspired by Sheffield's videogame history. You don't want to miss out on any of these activities - all developed by our award winning Learning Team. 🔗 Book your tickets ⬇ https://thenvm.org/visit/ 📷 Gordie Cavill #NVM #SummerFun #Summer #summerholidays #daysoutwiththekids #familydayouto #videogames #virtuatennis #tennis #wimbledon #arcade #sumodigital #sheffield #sheffieldissuper
