Don't worry! There's another opportunity to explore the city's rich gaming heritage in our freshly revamped Made In Sheffield exhibit as we take part in the fourth edition of Sheffield Showcase.
The Sheffield Showcase takes place Friday 6th - 8th September and is a collaborative event from over a dozen arts and culture groups based in the city featuring three days of activity.
At the NVM, visitors will be able to discover unique Sheffield gaming objects from local studios like Sumo Sheffield, Boneloaf and Steel City Interactive as well as an exclusive look at the latter's upcoming boxing game Undisputed.
Additional fun and creative activities include high score competitions with Sheffield made classic 'Zool', costume crafting for Sackboy and Gang Beasts characters and the chance to write your own videogame jingle using a BBC:Microbit inspired by the Gremlin Graphics videogame ‘Wanted: Monty Mole’.
