🎨 Creative Teach Meet: Digital Media Arts⁠ 🎮⁠ ⁠ In partnership with the National Videogame Museum and Create Sheffield: Sheffield's Cultural Education Partnership, Children's Capital of Culture are hosting their latest in a series of Creative Teach-Meets at the NVM on the 6th February.⁠ ⁠ Held throughout 2025 Creative Teach-Meets give schools and creative and cultural organisations a chance to share inspirational practice, connect and plan future collaborations.⁠ ⁠ Following the success of Plug in and Play (a collaboration between the NVM and Children's Capital Of Culture in October ‘24) this February networking event will be focused on media arts, videogames and digital literacies. ⁠ ⁠ The event will feature talks where participants will hear about the formal learning programme NVM, an insight into Redscope Primary School's experience in co-creating games for Plug In and Play, the impact of last years Games Expo 2024 ⁠hosted by White Woods Primary Academy Trust and a presentation of 'Worldbuilders' a a videogames and literacy focused project funded by the Paul Hamlyn Foundation.⁠ ⁠ 🗓⁠ Thursday 6th February⁠ ⌛ 4.30⁠-6pm⁠ 📍 The National Videogame Museum⁠ ⁠ 📸 Tracey Welch
