We are very sorry to say that we have cancelled our upcoming @sheffshowcase screenings.
We apologise to all those who bought tickets and to the Showcase and @showroom_cinema. It was a very tough decision but felt like the right one.
We are aware that as a new team, we haven't properly introduced ourselves and built a proper connection with you before asking you to buy tickets and come along to a couple of events. And we'd really love to do this first, so that we know more of what you want and what would bring you value.
For those who bought tickets, thank you. That meant a lot to us, and we'd like to offer you a discount code for the next ShAFF event as a way of apologising for the cancellation. Please do contact us here or at

And for everyone else too, we would absolutely love to hear what events you'd like us to create, that would be exciting and valuable for you (don't hold back either, we love the whacky ideas to see what's possible).
