📣 Calling all designer-makers and craftspeople – applications for this year’s Handmade for Christmas showcase are now open!
Held at the Millennium Gallery, Handmade for Christmas is Sheffield Museums’ annual selling showcase celebrating the breadth of British contemporary craft. The show, which focuses on selling high-quality craft and design by talented designer-makers, is open from 21 October to 24 December 2023. We are particularly looking for makers based within a 100 mile radius of Sheffield who produce high-quality, innovative, contemporary work.
As well as providing a platform for work by independent artists, makers and craftspeople, Handmade for Christmas also raises vital funds to support Sheffield Museums’ work as a charity, ensuring the city’s museums and galleries are free and open for everyone to enjoy.
