Join us our weekly evening art club exclusively for young people aged 11-14 (Year 6 to Year 9), this time we'll be at The Millennium Gallery 🙌
You’ll begin each session in the modern Millennium Gallery with a deep dive into a different artwork each week. You’ll learn about artworks, styles, techniques, artists and their inspiration. Then, you’ll get creative and try out techniques based on what you've learned. You’ll use the materials provided to create your own piece. It’s a great opportunity to try out different artistic media and styles in a friendly setting.
✨These classes are a fun way for young people to engage with art, discover the history of some of the museum's collection and improve their creative skills ✨
All materials are provided and we welcome all abilities. 👊
📆Sessions take place on Wednesdays 5pm to 7pm at the Millennium Gallery on the following dates:
17 April, 24 April, 1 May, 8 May, 15 May, 22 May
