‘Devonshire Cat’ - the unofficial name for renowned street artist Phlegm’s latest mural on Eldon Street in Sheffield (next to Devonshire Green).🖤

Completed yesterday, the mural took just 3 days to paint in its entirety- thanks to some nice spring weather.
