Our lovely assistant manager @kayleighemma23 has been working with @tarsierspirit on a new specials menu.
But why is it so special?
Well 10% of the profits of tarsier gin go towards the conservation of tarsier monkeys.
(The cute ones with the big eyes)
We will also be donating money from sales of the tarsier cocktail menu, as well as having a donation pot on the bar!
