Our tiki monkeys have been spending our quieter afternoons working on new tricks and techniques for some upcoming menus over summer
Part of the love of bartending (slinging out those delicious bevs) it’s spending time teaching each other new ways to blend flavours and ideas
Over the next month we’ll be making twists on classics cocktails and new ideas to mix up our menu.
