& of course not forgetting my phenomenal girl gang that make Birdhouse a great place to be (and the boys who are brave enough to work with us heh) I am so proud of my kitchen manager (Em) and general manager (Han) for being strong and wonderful women(and absolutely hilarious - their words though, not mine 😉) ! In our industry, only a small percentage of managerial roles are filled by women - that’s absolutely crazy. I hope that changes because I couldn’t imagine my business without that kickass woman energy! Xx
