Now pouring @beerofsmod Peach and Apricot Stingo 5.1% Slowly soured and fermented with wild mixed cultures in our oak foeder for several months. Then peaches and apricots have been added mid-way through. Finally a second fermentation with fresh sugar and champagne yeast in a stainless vessel.
