SAISON DE FÊTE, 7%
Pilsner, spelt and wheat malts make the base of this saison beer style. It’s then fermented with Burning Sky’s unique mixed fermentation culture and aged in wine barrels for a year before packaging. There’s subtle Belgian spiciness on the aroma, gentle citrus wine-like notes, tickling yet rounded acidity. All making for a really unique melding of flavours, where beer meets wine and kinda makes its own fun party 🎉
