Join us for an interactive, hands-on evening where you take the reins of the blending process at the world’s oldest lambic brewery. Guided by the experts from Timmermans Belgian brewery and renowned beer writer Adrian Tierney-Jones, you’ll dive into the delicate art of “spontaneous fermentation” and flavour balancing. Discover what lambic is, the culture, Toer de Geuze and more all from the World’s oldest continuous lambic brewery. We will also have a chocolate treat to pair alongside from our neighbours Bullion Chocolate.
