Join us for an evening of sensory exploration as award-winning beer broadcaster and author Pete Brown sits down with acclaimed music and culture writer Daniel Dylan Wray to discuss Pete’s latest “groove”: the fascinating intersection of hops and harmonies.
Based on his award-winning book Tasting Notes: The Art and Science of Pairing Beer and Music, Pete will dive into the neuroscience of flavour. Discover why certain frequencies make your beer taste more bitter, how the right playlist can fundamentally change your drinking experience and discuss Sheffield’s electronic legacy.
