🍎Cherry Pearmain: First ever crop (just 120L!) of Ross’ top-worked trees. Heritage variety; lightly sharp, very fruity cider.
🍎Tardive Forestier: Fun and challenging bittersweet. Famed in the early 1900s for its good cropping. Great with cheese!
