Starting a new week with a CLASSIC beer #onthetaps 🥒 TZATZIKI SOUR thanks to @orbitbeers for keeping this recipe alive. It’s a Berliner Weisse-influenced kettle sour emulating the flavours of the classic Greek yoghurt dip. IT WORKS SO GOOD. Brewed using fresh mint, organic cucumbers, and natural Greek yoghurt.
If you missed these two cans over the weekend, we can’t blame you, there was a lot going on!
🍺Texas brewery @jesterkingbrewery Le Petit Prince, Farmhouse Table Beer, 3.8%. First brewed in 2012, and they’ve been brewing it once or twice per year since. Originally inspired by Brasserie Dupont’s table beer Avril. Texas-grown malted barley and wheat, a blend of organic Perle and Fuggle hops from The Oregon Hophouse (both kettle and dry hops), and natural fermentation with native yeast. Heart goes out to those affected by the floods in central Texas🙏
🍺 @brouwerijkees collab with @emperorsbrewery Imperial Dominion, 13.7%. Kees Bubberman and Damian Doherty are both known for their big-hitting imperial stouts. So this union delivers a stonker, vegan friendly, full of rich boozy notes meeting roasted malt, dark chocolate, and hints of vanilla.
🫶 A few weeks back, as part of @migmatfest there was a global fashion show hosted by @sbc_theatre and Kazna Asker in Leah’s Yard. We’re just reminiscing how joyful and celebratory it was.
