Their natural cider is produced in the same traditional way in the unique soil and climate of Herefordshire. Here’s a little in their own words on their campaign, The Revolution Will Not Be Pasteurised⤵️ “Ross on Wye Cider and Perry are delighted to welcome you to join The Revolution Will Not Be Pasteurised Spring 2023 Tour! Travelling across the UK and Belgium visiting more than 18 pubs, bars and bottle shops in celebration of keg conditioned cider and perry. This wonderful format of draught cider serves live cider on tap that poetically expresses the natural flavours of the apple or pear variety on show. Ross on Wye carefully choose sensationally vibrant single varieties, or lovingly blend different apples together to create ciders and perries with drinkability, identity and purpose. From their flagship oak cask fermented Raison d'Être, a blend of the popular and widespread Dabinett and Bisquet to the powerful and historic Foxwhelp single variety, each of their drinks presents a unique flavour that will dazzle your tastebuds and challenge your assumptions!”
