🍎 British Cider Week 🍎 It’s the final day of #BritishCiderWeek and it’s been a blast celebrating all the wonderful artisanal producers. Finally we head to North Somerset for @wildingcider It’s Sam and Beccy Leach who focus on natural cider and perry and practice regenerative farming in traditional orchards (certified organic). They pick the fruit from the ground in the old way and it’s left to mature and fully ripen before pressing. Fermentation is gentle and slow with wild yeasts, no sulphites.
