🍾 Organic and biodynamic wines by @brezeme from the Northern Rhône. Eric is not a follower of fashion and is true to his desire to understand the local terroir. He vinifies all his wines in the same way, using as little intervention as possible. Adèle’ is beautifully saline French white with stone fruits depth (Clairette 95% Marsanne 5%). 🐈⬛ Chat Fou is a fresh, fruity and moreish red (Grenache 45%, Cinsault 30%, Clairette, Grenache Blanc, Marsanne). Of course we love it too as it has a crazy cat on the label!
