Hudson Valley Brewing
Specialising in sour beers and ageing beers, HVB, as by name, are based in New York’s Hudson Valley. It opened its doors in 2017 and has built up a cult following - for their beers and intricate beer label art. 🪐✨

Star Chamber 6.0% Sour IPA ⤵️
Is a sour IPA with raw wheat, malted oat, lactose, green tea, papaya and coconut. Hopped with Citra and Azacca. Smooth, balanced acidity and tropical. 🪄
