Now pouring @gueuzetilquin Apricot and Rhubarb blended #lambics on draught. Lots of acidity, rounded out lovely, complex layers and fruity deliciousness. A real treat 💯 (4.9%), produced with 160g of organic destoned fresh apricots and 160g of organic rhubarb per liter of lambic. Blend of 1 and 2 years lambics, unfiltered, unpasteurised for intense flavour, then refermented and matured in keg for over 8 months.
