Our very own Jack has made it to the final 10 for The Chairman’s competition to create an original spice blend for a rum.
The ingredients he’s picked for his spice blend are all native to St Lucia as Jack wanted to embody traditional St Lucian flavours & cuisine in his spice blend to show the true flavour of St Lucia.
