The ribeye comes from (you could never guess) - the rib area of the cow 🐄 . Fine marbling throughout the cut results in bursting, intense and buttery flavours.
Here at Miller & Carter, this flavoursome steak comes served in three sizes. Our British and Irish, 30-Day Aged 12 or 16oz or our 50-Day Aged 10oz. Perfect flavour for whichever appetite!
We recommend the ribeye cooked medium, to render down that marbling to finish off with a perfectly tender and juicy steak. Paired with a rich wine to complement this - our pick would be our Dark Horse Cabernet Sauvignon 🍷
