Next up in our steakhouse hall of fame… it’s the Sirloin! 🥩
The sirloin comes from the upper middle part of the cow and is a highly-flavoured yet tender cut. It is characterised by its strip of marbling on the outer edge and a robust, meaty taste.
We serve two forms of sirloin: our 30-Day Aged 12oz Sirloin, and our 50-Day Aged Black Angus 8oz Sirloin. Both of which are recommended rare to medium rare and are a true delight for the taste buds. 🤤
Our Black Angus Sirloin (pictured) is also available on our rare treat set menu for a small added supplement.
