We thought we ought to tell you about one of our cocktail pairings designed for the night

Oloroso Sherry seasoned American oak casks play a huge part of the journey of The Macallan 12 Year Double Cask.
When we started to put together a menu celebrating this great liquid we knew that we had to pay tribute!
Oloroso sherry is combined with autumnal spices and used to poach pears with which we make the basis of this seasonal sipper.
It is designed to pair perfectly with the quince glazed pork belly our chef has put together as our main course and perfect for a late October evening.
