Hi Lewis!
Q. When did you launch Wingin It?
A. Wingin It as a concept was originally launched in July 2021 from my friends kitchen in Woodseats during Lockdown!
Q. Explain Wingin It in 5 words or less…
A. Hmm, I would say, “Wings, inspired by the world”
Q. How did the brand come about?
A. Well, I absolutely love wings and wanted to create and experience where you can enjoy flavours taken from different cuisines.
Q. What are you most proud about from 2023?
A. We organised and put on our first comedy show in November, that was really fun and a proud moment for me.
Q. What’s you favourite thing on the menu?
A. Easy, for me it’s either the Zing Wings and Cauli Tiger Style.
Q. What plans do you have for 2023?
A. Add more flavours to menu and do more events, continue to grow the brand alongside Sheffield Plate!
