This was finally canned yesterday, brewed in 2019 with @HorsforthBrewer a 9% Flemish red aged on forced Yorkshire rhubarb, Belgian yeast in primary followed by pediococcus damnosus & then 5 brettanomyces strains for 9 months then into rhubarb for another 6. #sourbeer #smallbatch,
