About us

We deliver services for the UK’s largest public service department – the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). Responsible for welfare, pensions and child maintenance policy.

At DWP Digital, we build and maintain user-friendly digital services that enable millions of people to access the help, advice and financial support they need.

Whether our users need to claim benefit, get help finding a job, or understand their State Pension, we’re the team designing, developing and delivering the world-class digital services they need.

We deliver our digital services from seven digital hubs in Birmingham, Blackpool, Leeds, London, Manchester, Newcastle and Sheffield. Our Sheffield hub is located just off the ring road, only a short walk from the train station.
