Who fancies some more midweek dinner inspiration?! Here's another super easy quick-fire dinner using our brand-new Plant Kitchen Vegan 'Nduja - a spicy paste made with Italian tomatoes, chillies and smoked paprika. Whip up this Smoky Chickpea Ragu in a matter of minutes – just follow the easy steps below for this delicious dinner! SMOKY CHICKPEA RAGU WITH GRAINS Serves 2 • 2 medium onions, finely chopped • 2 red peppers, chopped into strips and then halved • 2 tbsp Plant Kitchen Vegan 'Nduja Paste • 1 tin (400g) chickpeas • 1 jar (500g) Classic Tomato Everything Sauce • 1 pouch (250g) Bulgur Wheat, White Quinoa, Freekeh & Red Rice Heat a small amount of oil in a pan and fry the onions and peppers until soft. Drain the chickpeas and add to the pan along with the jar of Everything Sauce. Add 1tbsp of the Plant Kitchen Vegan 'Nduja Paste, stir and simmer for a few minutes. Serve with the grains and an extra dollop of 'nduja paste for an added kick!
