To celebrate the start of Sheffield Beer Week we'll be pouring some amazing collab sours from local brewing legends @steelcitybrewing , @lost.industrybrewing and their pals!
Here's what will be pouring:
🥃Sour Wars Episode I: The Cranachan Menace - Imperial black sour aged in a Highland whisky barrel with heather honey and raspberries
🍒Sour Wars Episode II: Attack of the Stones - Imperial black sour aged in a Bordeaux red wine barrel with cherries
🍊Sour Wars Episode III: Orange of the Sith - Imperial black sour aged in a dark rum barrel with orange, lemon, lime and passion fruit. Hurricane sour!
🍋Yellowcake - Lemon meringue cheesecake sour brewed with Bulgarian dessert sour masters Alchemik and Sheffield crazy beer gurus Lost Industry. Brewed with fresh lemon zest, Madagascan vanilla and lactose. Will be available as soft serve too!
