As the sun clocks out earlier and the wind gets that little bit colder, it can only mean one thing... cozy season is knocking on the door! 🍂🕯 But here’s the silver lining: our autumn/winter menu is bubbling away behind the scenes.
In the meantime, we’ve got our forever favourite that we don’t think will ever leave our menu: RAGU AL PRIMITIVO – 12-hour slow-cooked ox cheek in primitivo red wine, Grazie sugo, and pecorino foam. Because some things are just too good to let go 🌟
