A smooth of sake forms the base, paired with the tropical sweetness of of Passoa and a hint of lime to awaken your senses. A delicate touch of Curacao and gum adds subtle complexity, while passionfruit provides a burst of exotic flavour. Topped with a white foam that symbolises the snow-capped peak of Mount Fuji, this drink offers both a visual and flavourful escape. The addition of bitters enhances the experience, creating a perfectly balanced, refreshing sip that transports you straight to the heart of Japan.
