This event has been in the pipeline for a while now, we wanted to create an unforgettable experience that truly captures the essence of Japanese culinary tradition. Omakase, which translates to "I'll leave it up to you," is a unique dining experience where the chef takes full control of the menu, selecting and preparing a series of exquisite dishes that highlight the freshest seasonal ingredients and showcase their expertise. It's designed to be a culinary journey, allowing you to savour a variety of dishes that reflect the artistry and passion of our chefs. We've purposefully left out elements of the dishes so it can be a surprise on the day, rest assured each course is thoughtfully curated to delight your palate and provide a deeper appreciation for the rich flavours and techniques of Japanese cuisine.
