This Veganuary, we’re proud to launch a brand-new vegan specials menu, created by our talented apprentice chef who was tasked to celebrate Japanese flavours in a way that is completely plant-based 🇯🇵
And it doesn’t stop here. Vegan dining at Guyshi isn’t a one-off or afterthought – we’ve always catered for vegans. Alongside this new menu, we offer a vegan menu all year round, featuring:
