🍾 St JOHN wines are back in the selection with their Beausoleil Rosé 2022, 12.5%. 60% Grenache, 40% Cinsault; it’s full of melon and red fruit notes. ☀️
🍾Château La Colombière from north east of Toulouse, France work with indigenous, heritage and rare grapes. Run by Diane and Phillips Cauvin with a focus on natural vinification, with experimentation and creativity. À Fleur de Peau, 12%, is an orange wine whereby the white grapes of rare regional Bouysselet Blanc variety (100%) have 15 days on the skin extracting colour and added character. This is super special and utterly unique with notes of saffron, quince and tropical fruits.
🍾Meigamma follow the ‘slow life’ philosophy in South Sardinia, Italy. Producing wines, olive oil and honey. Barbara and Guiseppe Pusceddu planted their first vines in 2006, 1 hectare, only 600 meters from the sea. Grapes are hand harvested, natural fermentation from the indigenous yeast and bottled without fining or filtration. Respecting the grapes and land. They work with native vines of their area such as Nuragus, Nasco, Vermentini, Giro, Cannonau and Muristellu. This Vino Rosso, 12.5%, is big bold deep red fruit and delicious.
