#barrelaged Bretted tart saison dry-hopped with British Olicana bringing notes of ripe peach and mango.
Perfect with a goat cheese, like Holker Farm’s Ingot.
🍾Funk Dungeon BA Tea Saison with cider lees 5.4% (VG & GF). A collaboration of beer and cider with @duckchicken_cider Barrel-aged for 19 months this tea saison meets cider lees in neutral American oak. Fresh apple skin, hibiscus, floral and peachiness all collide for an utterly unique drink. Pair with Tunworth’s Camembert cheese 🍏
