Artisanal winemaker Marco Merli, works with his father. Founded in 2002, and is located in Casa del Diavolo a small village near Perugia, in the Umbrian landscape. All ferments with indigenous yeasts. Beautifully balanced, deliciously drinkable wines 🫶 🍾 #Badalucco Primo Passaggio (First Passage) is a full-bodied orange wine produced by Badalucco de la Iglesia Garcia, in Sicily. A partnership across human connections and the wine countries of Italy and Spain with Pierpaolo Badalucco and Beatriz de la Iglesia García. Using Grillo and Verdejo grapes, 10-12 day skin contact fermentation with native yeasts. Amber in colour, featuring intense notes of citrus, candied fruits and apricot. 🍾 @agricola.millami Hazy orange, notes of marzipan and blood orange. Azienda Agricola Millami’s Layla is a Sicilian white wine made from 100% Inzolia grapes. Produced with natural winemaking and traditional methods. This is now open and on our #winebytheglass menu 🙌
