We’re intrigued by the West Coast Pils
#beerstyle which is yet to be recognised ‘officially’ but it sounds playful and delicious. Essentially a dry-hopped German-style pilsner leveraging American (and/or New World) hops instead of (or in addition to) the traditional noble varieties. This @sirencraftbrew version is dry-hopped with Citra, Mosaic, El Dorado and Nelson Sauvin. In addition to Tettnang, Spelter Select and Hallertau. Crisp, citrus and utterly refreshing. ✌️
