Exciting news for the New Year!🥳 We are thrilled to welcome the incredibly talented Tom Lomas as our brand-new Head Chef at Silversmiths! 🍴✨ Tom brings a wealth of experience and creativity to our kitchen, and we can’t wait for you to try the fantastic new menu he’s crafting.
Here’s what Tom had to say:
"Being a chef was never the plan when I was young, but it quickly became a passion after I left school and found myself at a crossroads. I realized the possibilities in creating dishes were endless, and that turned into a lifelong pursuit. Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to work in and lead multi-rosette and Michelin kitchens, including East Lodge, Callow Hall, Peak Edge Hotel, The Wingerworth, and most recently at Michelin-plated Brocco On The Park."
Tom is excited for a bright new chapter at Silversmiths, where he’ll showcase innovative food concepts using Yorkshire’s finest ingredients. 🍽️
