Our take on the classic cocktail includes Hepple Gin, made with green juniper, Douglas fir, savoury lovage, sweetgale and blackcurrant leaves foraged from the wild heart of Northumberland, stirred with Campari and rosé vermouth and finished with flavours of jasmine and elderflower.
