12 hour braised brisket slow cooked with our naughty and nice stout for big flavours, christmas slaw, roasties and a lot of gravy. All in a fluffy sub roll!

Loaded fries with more braised brisket, crumbled Stilton, pickled red cabbage, horseradish mayonnaise, blue cheese ranch and crispy onions!
Also a one off Black Forest Gateau Brownie served with Chocolate
Sides of roasties and pigs and blankets also available!
